I am 32 yrs old, 6 ft 2 inches tall. I am 315 lbs. I have struggled with my weight for many years but I’ve never been so over weight before. I am starting my exercise & diet program now. Does anyone know what should be a good realistic target wt loss in the first year?

Lose 100 pounds, that’s less than 10 a month and isn’t out of reach.
