Is running good for weight loss in your legs?

I’d like to either lose weight in my legs, or at least tone them nicely. Even if they remain about the same size but turn to muscle I’m fine with that.

Would running with a Wii fit work to achieve this if I only run for 10-20 minutes a day? I have a disability which prevents me from doing more than that unfortunately. Will this be sufficient enough to achieve weight loss in my legs or tone them, or is there nothing I can do since I can’t push myself more than that?

For some people its the other way around sometimes you cant target certain areas ps love wii.
My arms with somewhat change but never my legs for some people its the other way around sometimes you cant target certain areas ps love wii fit.

An aerobic workouts which is the kind you need to lose weight im sure 20 minutes will be successful if they didnt work.

any type of exercising it wonderful and will help you further tone yourself. diet right, and do whatever you can do and you’ll see improvements!

The rest of your body and would suggest doing other cardio such as biking or swimming in addition to running since 10 20 minutes is no way to make yourself lose weight in addition to running since 10.
An even amount all over your legs along with the rest of your body there is not too long.
